Established in 1999, Conveyor Industries sets the standard in the design, manufacture, and installation of conveying equipment for the bulk materials handling industry. Our expertise in this field now extends to offering the full range of Braime Electronic Monitoring Equipment and Sensors.
We supply replacement sensors and fully integrated hazard monitoring system that can be operated either as a stand-alone system or connected to your PLC.
Our monitoring components carry the necessary ATEX/IECEx/CSA/GOST-R approvals for use in hazardous areas. We also provide a competent after-sales technical service to help you overcome any technical problems with your monitoring equipment.

Overheated bearings are one of the main risk factors for dust explosions in bucket elevators, and need to be closely monitored.
We offer a range of Atex, CSA, IECEx and GOST-R certified bearing temperature sensors and compatible monitoring systems.
Our line of speed switches includes: proximity, inductive, zero speed, stop motion, and rotech encoders to monitor dangerous belt slips, underspeed or stop conditions on conveyors, bucket elevators, and any other shaft driven machinery. Our non-contacting sensors can be used to detect screw conveyor flights, elevator bucket bolts, and other moving ferrous targets. Speed switches can be connected to a PLC or to one of 4B’s hazard monitoring systems to provide alarm and/or shutdown of your machinery when dangerous conditions are detected.
Our inductive proximity sensors are designed to detect shaft speed, shaft position, gate position or object presence. No contact is made between the sensor and the target being monitored.
Sensors and switches designed to detect (mis)alignment and motion on bucket elevators & belt conveyors.
The WDA sensor can also be used as a slack chain detector on drag chain conveyors.
Level indicators to detect high/low levels of bulk granular material in bins, tanks, and silos.
The range includes capacitance point level indicators, rotary paddle switches, and capacitance proxy level/plug detectors. 4B level sensors can be connected to a PLC or to one of 4B’s hazard monitoring systems to provide alarm and/or shutdown of your machinery.
Junction boxes allow for easy installation of sensors in potentially explosive dust hazard environments.
Hazard monitoring systems are designed for bucket elevators and conveyors in dust hazard environments.
